The NFF’s 14 April 2014 submission to the Mental Health Commission on the Review of Mental Health Programmes highlights the challenges faced by rural and remote farmers, and the importance for mental health services to develop in sync as regional populations grow. The NFF commends the work of the National Centre for Rural Health and recognises the benefit in a multifaceted approach to mental health issues.
