Driverless vehicles will be a game changer in how farms are run, helping to address major issues such as demographic change and work health and safety. Driverless vehicles operating on public roads could also address major social issues in regional communities such as social isolation, lack of public transport infrastructure, access to health services and comparatively high fatality rates on rural roads.
