The NFF’s 20 April 2012 submission to the Draft National Wildlife Corridors Plan identifies a number of vital principles for wildlife corridors: including the need for any involvement in the draft Plan and corridor activities to remain voluntary; clarification re how the Plan will interact with local, regional and state planning and native vegetation regimes; and the importance of weed and pest animal management within corridors.
