The NFF’s 28 March 2013 Submission to the Fair Work Commission supports a wage increase of $9.00 per week for the national minimum wage, including the Superannuation Guarantee Levy increase of $1.50. The NFF believes the increase will ensure a basic safety net for vulnerable employees on the minimum wage while enabling the unemployed and low paid workers to obtain, and remain in employment.
