The NFF’s submission to Safe Work Australia in relation to the Draft Model Work Health and Safety Code of Practice for Preventing and Responding to Workplace Bullying responds to key issues within the draft code, and recommends specifically that rather than a ‘Code of Practice’, this be reworked into a set of guidelines.
