The NFF’s submission to the Fair Work Amendment Bill addresses several key issues in the second tranche of changes to the Fair Work Act 2009. Primarily, the Submission addresses issues around flexible working arrangements, workplace bullying, right to entry and issues around awards and agreements. The NFF believes that the Bill requires rigorous scrutiny before it is proceeded with.
