The NFF’s 23 December 2008 submission addresses three core concerns within the Fair Work Bill 2008, including the application of the Bill, technical details and policy concerns. While the Bill reflects a generally balanced approach to reforming the national workplace relations system, based on extensive consultation, many concerns of the agricultural sector have not been addressed.
