The NFF’s 12 April 2012 submission to Fair Work Australia for the review of the first three years of the Fair Work Act (including individual flexibility arrangements and the National Employment Standards) recommends that Fair Work Australia reduce red tape, confusion and complexities within the Fair Work Act.
