The NFF’s 16 August 2011 submission to the Senate Standing Committee on Rural Affairs and Transport’s examination of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) national interest test, outlines that further information is needed regarding the operation of the test in order for the NFF to develop a policy response.
