The NFF’s 1 May 2009 submission is the latest response to a series of rules being developed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to enhance water market and trading regimes. This submission was requested by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority, with the final rules to be included in the Basin Plan.
