The NFF’s 23 January 2012 submission to the inquiry into the barriers to effective climate change adaptation acknowledges that agricultural industries will not experience climate change in a consistent way. The NFF believes Government policy that encourages and promotes adaptive behaviour and helps to build resilience is essential.
