Agricultural R&D underpins innovation, drives productivity gains, and boosts industry competitiveness. The NFF believes agricultural R&D, with its consistently high rate of return and its crucial role in ensuring Australia’s ongoing food and fibre security, should be a centrepiece for boosting Australia’s R&D output.
