The RRRCC support the extension of mandatory connection and repair timeframes to all fixed services provided by all retailers and the payment of compensation where timeframes are not met, including that proposed for missed appointments. Mandatory rules are the best way to ensure that consumers have access to continuous telecommunications connectivity.
