The NFF’s 21 August 2012 submission to the Attorney-General’s Department outlines the NFF’s concerns regarding the cessation of funding for Native Title respondees from 1 January 2013. The NFF believes that funding must continue for Native Title Officers and legal representatives in pastoral native title claims.

The NFF’s 23 July 2012 supplementary submission to the revised Basin Plan s.43A(4) Minister’s consensus comments outlines the key position of the NFF regarding the major policy consensus of the Ministers and highlights the aspects of the Minister’s dissenting reports that are worthy of further consideration by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority.
