The NFF’s 24 Feb 2012 submission to Telstra’s draft Regional and Rural Presence Plan seeks to ensure that Australian farmers have equal access to telecommunication services and upgrades to these services. The NFF believes access to communication technologies is a fundamental requirement for modern businesses, including agricultural businesses.
