Nominations for the roles of President, Vice President and Director of the National Farmers’ Federation have now closed.
An election process for contested positions will now be undertaken, with results to be announced at the NFF’s Annual General Meeting in Canberra on 25 October 2023.
The following nominations have been received.
Nominations for the position of President

- Mr Tony York, Tammin WA
Nominations for the position of Vice President
- Mr John Hassell, East Pingelly WA
Nominations for the position of Director (one vacancy available)
- Mr Matthew Kleyn, Walkamin QLD
- Mr Hamish McIntyre, St George QLD
The NFF does not comment on its election process or coordinate media enquiries for nominees.
Successful candidates will be available for interview at the NFF National Conference which follows our AGM in Canberra on 26-27 October 2023.
