The NFF’s 9 December 2011 submission to the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) for 2012 demonstrates the importance of the SOL to the future labour supply of the agriculture industry, and outlines the NFF’s belief that the SOL should be flexible enough to reflect the changeable short and longer term needs of the industry as skills and labour shortages emerge.
