The National Farmers’ Federation (NFF) will this week launch the much anticipated Blueprint for Australian Agriculture, setting the future direction for the Australian agricultural sector.
After 16 months and with input from almost 4,000 people from across agriculture and the wider supply chain, the NFF will launch the Blueprint – the road map to a strong and sustainable future – in Canberra on Thursday.
The Blueprint marks the first time the diverse Australian agricultural sector has come together to map out the future. The NFF-led, industry-developed Blueprint will identify major issues and priorities shared across the sector, articulate broad strategies to deal with them, suggest pathways for implementation and drive greater collaboration of the agricultural sector’s efforts into the future.
NFF President Jock Laurie and CEO Matt Linnegar will launch the Blueprint for Australian Agriculture on Thursday, 14 February at the National Press Club in Canberra. The Hon. Senator Joe Ludwig, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry will also provide an address.
