The NFF’s 17 March 2008 Submission to the Australian Fair Pay Commission’s 2008 General Wage Review highlights the continuing impact of the drought on the sector, as well as flagging key economic concerns surrounding wages growth and its impact on interest rates and inflationary pressures. The submission calls for a wage increase of no more than the Consumer Price Index.
