The NFF’s 18 December 2009 submission regarding the development of Sustainable Diversion Limits (SDLs) for the Murray-Darling Basin Plan highlights that SDLs are a key component for an effective Murray-Darling Basin Plan covering the crucial need for a balance between the social, economic and environment needs of the river system.
