The NFF’s 9 July 2012 submission to inform the 2012 Review of the National Transport Commission (NTC) and Other Relevant Bodies acknowledges the key role the NTC has played in establishing the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. The submission also supports the establishment of a single national system of laws for heavy vehicles to improve efficiency and reduce the regulatory burden for heavy vehicle operators.
