The NFF’s pre budget recommendations centre around the five pillars of the NFF’s roadmap to becoming a $100 billion industry by 2030.
These recommendations seek to address key industry priorities including sustaining the natural environment, responding to supply chain disruptions, securing the farm workforce, supporting smarter growth in regional and rural Australia and ensuring equitable access to digital connectivity.
The submission calls for over $10 billion in funding over the next four years, with detailed recommendations by portfolio.
